Tree Connections

Tree Connections

A Poem by A.A.Romanczuk

The whispers of slumbering trees

Surround me as I fade

And dream

Were we not but a moment ago

Side by side

Immersed in such trees

And one another?

Soon the daylight will stream in

Through my prison window

Bringing me a day closer to you

:) whoever indeed..the beauty of poetry is that the poet may write having a singular person in mind..yet the thousands of others that read after he writes...all are reminded of their singular person
