Sleep Fails To Grasp MeA Poem by A.A.RomanczukRain in torrents falls within a reclining body Reclining brings no respite Weariness seeps through faltering bones And pierces the dandelion soul Let gentle Sleep take me Her hands fail to grasp me I am alone tonight Surrounded by blinding darkness With only Thoughts to tear me further Apart Solutions come, Solutions go I stumble softly through these muddled meadows Helplessness escaping these very eyes Which night is this now that I sleep not again? Worry tis Worry Over various items Words contradictory Words Wherefore love I them so? Distracted, I am Distracted Full of Sorrow, I am full of Sorrow Patience, Patience, of Her have I plenty But She does not disguise Sorrow Tomorrow, Will Tomorrow bring Reconcilliation? © 2010 A.A.RomanczukFeatured Review
