TearsA Poem by A.A.Romanczuk
These tears fall
As autumn leaves, brittle, pale Regretted as the trees regret Their new found nudity Not asked for Pouring from the deepest chasms Of my bleeding Soul Tremors conquer a fragile body Twisted in knots by Pain's unrelenting hand Meditation upon You grows Paralyzing Pain in its path These tears cascade down a sullied cheek In thicker and thicker waves Weary of woe Let me lie thus saddened, pressed Against Mother Earth's bosom Let me fertilize its lush expanse With my sorrow And dream, an unending dream To wake from this lasting sleep © 2010 A.A.RomanczukFeatured Review
