DestroyerA Poem by VertigoingnowhereThis bridge we have
Burn it down. Make sure there’s nothing left Only ashes on the ground. The pages I've written, Shred the evidence. I can't even be around you The stench of your arrogance. I told you everything Opened all old wounds. Sat under sunlight And lights of the moon. I have so much to say to you But it would pointless. You ruined everything It was always hopeless. You're no different than the rest Just another abuser. Just another person Just as tragic as a tumor. I knew one of these days You’d push me away Hard enough that’s is now too late. I'm back on high alert I won't again be this bombarded Raise the walls Heavily guarded I hope you'll miss me Cause I'll miss you too You did this to yourself You had everything to lose. © 2013 VertigoingnowhereReviews
