We provide Certified Vietnamese Court Interpreters . Currently our practice is concentrated on offering interpreting services for legal settings including trials, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, recorded statements and recorded interviews for the Police.

Vietnamese Interpreting is supplying linguists for full range of interpreting jobs. We provide interpreters for Crown Court and Magistrate hearings. Article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights requires that an interpreter in criminal proceedings be fully competent for the task assigned and we assure that all our interpreters meet fully with this criterion and work scrupulously to uphold.

The National Agreement on the Use of Interpreters states that ' The interpretation provided should enable the defendant to understand the case against him and to defend himself, notably by being able to put before the court his or her version of the events.' All our interpreters understand that this statement is of the upmost importance and ensure that their wealth of experience and expert translating skill is delivered, accurately ,impartially and fairly.

Research from Prison Reform Trust has shown that the population of Vietnamese Nationals has grown and concerns have seen raised that the need for woman interpreters be used  to address sensitive issues related to woman inmates.
