the tree that didn't whisper

peace is never found

As i was walking upon my dirty streets, I saw a humongeous tree and on the barks of the tree, there was some kind of note, It caught my attention and so i read "dear wish i will send you far, but do bring me back peace, now and never here on earth, please let the  dark stars cast on you, forever leaving my wish completed"  as i read a single tear shed rolling down my eye towards the fresh green grass, this note was not only hearttouching but written by a kid thousands years ago, who's wish was never delivered.

That was short but it managed to convey a lot. I am sure you can add some details to it to make it a but more longer and more descriptive. But over all it was very heart-felt.
i love this line "please let the dark stars cast on you, forever leaving my wish completed"
