Can he save her?

Can he save her?

Does he see her
the girl in RED
with a pretty head
not yet an adult
but already guilty
it's because she's a Jew
made ragged and filthy.
Can he save her
 no he cannot
your war she fights alone
uncertainty bestowed
innocent and forgotten
roaming around
her dinner now rotten.
Will he help her
perhaps so
with a one way ticket
her destiny awaits
a chamber of false hope
a showered genocide
made with hydrogen cyanide.
Can he feel her
cold soft baby skin
she's not hurting now
made forever young
poisoned little lungs
in this world
her life went unsung........

Oh this is perhaps the most painful part of that entire film. And he never even knew she was. Saddest part of all. This speaks to the innocence of so many lost to cruel tormentors. Evil which destroys beauty in the name of... I cannot even fathom the what. Powerful piece. And so harshly yet beautifully described. They all deserve this kind of tender remembrance.
