Well, Neville, of course, said it best, and that does not surprise me in the least. This is a mental trip for sure, and very well done, in word usage and in form.
This has to be the most haunting piece of poetry that I have ever seen on this community. This madness speaks to me on a personal level. Your talent is inspiring.

The mind is too powerful it can make everything, every senses alive and will find its way through the glittering surfaces of formless, nameless names and yield ghostly, shapeless shapes whose ear and eye each ring with ten thousand fragments of expressions. You are your own muse, Muse. It is you who haunt the cracks between your interest and its explanation and what else words can yet mean. If this is how your mind works, then it is too beautiful. And your words are painfully beautiful.
Love the legal Latinese title. "I'm insane in the membrane," is a tidbit I shall remember. Your words beat like a tom tom driving home the relentless torment of hidden voices.
great rhythm in this piece.. like someone is chanting those words in my head, have to embrace what you are inside.. and it is ever so exciting to lose control of reality and just be sucked into the darkness of your mind.
The pleasure of abusing yourself is only understood by those who have lost all hope of a meaningful life. Depression, madness, mental illness, and other addictions are demonic possessions that at once enshrine the soul to believe that this is your new eternity. Do not believe the lie! Great picture of mental illness and the insanity of modern society.

a beautiful thing to say...if you only knew how much I agree with you.
