An Angel

An Angel

A Poem by La Corza
"

A lyric I wrote recently.

"
they called her an angel
they spoke of beauty untold
they called her an angel
they tore out her soul

goodbye sweet angel of beauty and grace
farewell sweet angel, nevermore to see your face

she carries scars and pain
wherever she goes
she carries scars and pain
though nobody knows

goodbye sweet angel of beauty and grace
farewell sweet angel, nevermore to see your face

they called her the devil's child
they laughed at her cries
they called her the devil's child
they cut out her eyes

goodbye sweet angel of beauty and grace
farewell sweet angel, nevermore to see your face

she will be blind forever
will you mourn for her soul
she will be blind forever
each day as bright as coal

goodbye sweet angel of beauty and grace
farewell sweet angel, nevermore to see your face

they called her an angel
now they call her a w***e
they called her an angel
now they call her no more

About
I am no longer a teenage girl. I didn't die OR find the cure for again before twenty. More's the pity. In my writing you see more of how I feel than you ever could just talking to me, with a few ex.. more..
