Hope

Last fall

You took my breath away

Everything was so bright

So colorful

I thought I ruled

The world.

 

But it turns out I was a fool

Every good thing comes to an end

Some things get so badly broken

They never mend

All the leaves fell

Heaven turned to hell

As winter fell

 

But I know the leaves grow back

In spring

And I do not lose hope that

Life will bring

Us back together.

this is a really lovely hope, and we do have such hopes in life, I am sure, though we do give up at some things some times and sometimes it almost seems arbitrary unless there is conviction and belief, and we have to have beliefs and strong feelings to take us to heights and climaxes, it is a natural part of life, almost seems like destiny or fate sometimes, maybe it is, sometimes I like to believe that that strongly, some people preach that, or believe it, when one person believes it, sometimes it is easier to believe what that person believes but we also have to have sense and a science and observation of reality about it of course, though that is not always clear either and can take some time to observe as well

cool, we have heat over in my neck of the woods, but I have been less brave to meet with the elements than I have been in past years
