Things Happen

thoughts from my bedroom

Things happen

And you feel like you'll remember them

And you'll have control over them

And you put up signs you made

To reflect how you feel

And to remind yourself

You put them up all around you

They stay up for awhile

But they begin to fall

And it's strange to watch them

Peel from the wall

It is very true. Reminders of things that have happened are all around us. Things that are about to happen; now that brings an intriguing mystery to our lives.
