I have loved

i have loved through time and space

i have loved when i was told of the impossibilities

i have loved when my love was'nt returned

but i loved non the less

I have loved through the nations

and the continets but i have loved

the thing about this love

is that it has no choice

it has no boundaries

no circumstances no colour

no limites it's just love

i have had many lovers across

the world in general but

there has only ever been one great love

of my life... you

i use to fear your rejection

but no more now i embrace it

i only leave for it

i long to taste the tears coursed by it

i long for the sweetness of it

and the struggle of keeping it

though i know that it will forever ellude me

i still hold it dear to me

as the old saying goes "better to have loved

and lost than to never have loved at all"
