RenditionA Poem by Grace KobylinskiIf you were ever taken away from me.
“You and I joked about what we would do if the other was ever abducted.
When I say that I would never stop looking, I mean it. You’re the kind of man I’d go to war for. Alone, or with an army behind me. A whole entire war just to get you back. For one more good night kiss, one more ‘you’re beautiful’, one more unplanned adventure day. I don’t know if this is selfish, selfless or a little of both but baby I’d give it all up to have you not only be my yesterday, but my today and tomorrow.” © 2014 Grace Kobylinski |
