Missing You

Missing You

A Poem by Alyssa C.

I miss you.

I miss your smile.

I miss your silly faces, corny jokes,

gentle hugs, and most of all, I

miss your “I love you’s”.

I miss all the little things.

Oh what did I ever do,

to make you stop loving me?

I miss calling you mine,

I miss your whine.

I miss the love

that I am no longer a part of.

I miss hearing you sing,

I miss the sweet little things.

Oh what did I ever do,

to make you stop loving me?

I miss us kissing in the rain,

I miss the things that made me insane.

I miss your kind eyes,

I don’t miss our goodbye’s.

I miss all the little things.

But most of all,

I miss you.
