Come now my actors, dancers and poets

Come now my actors, dancers and poets

A Poem by Elisium Ari

The seconds passed quickly

oh, how we sought out our time

that faded into the ground

like dust

quickly and fleeting

life is but a stage

our spotlight is vivid

for a small and despairing time

So act now, my dancers

singers and poets

rush into the stage

my actors and musicians

At young age we fear

the lime light that danced upon us

not knowing it is a blessing

given to us, so we may shine

Act now my dancers

singers and poets

rush into the stage

and show forth your art

Come now

my actors and practicing musicians

give us the best of what you have.

May your hands be blessed by the Divine

and your words and your movements

let them stir the audience for better

at least for fleeting moment

come now my dancers

singers and poets

rush now my musicians and actors

the light is fading quickly

you shine for short time

come now, before you lose

it all.
