Serenity

Serenity

A Poem by Scott Troy

Your voice is a soothing song.
Calm and sweet like afternoon rain.
You consume me.
Easy like a quiet psalm.
Your love is a bonfire in a village of two.
The thought of you a song I will never tire of.
You don't just move me.
You undulate the world around me.
These words do you no justice.
I find serenity in just us.

What a beautiful poem. The feelings behind them are quite moving. I especially love this part:

"You don't just move me.
You undulate the world around me."

Good write!
