The nation

The nation

A Poem by Scott Troy

A quartet of strings.
Smile at me and behold a man.
They bring it all together.
Percussion.
Strings.
Melody...
We are a symphony.
We play with one condition
We will never pierce each others heart
An endless concert
Worth all the effort

dear Troy... we have many moods... it is important to understand and conduct our moods as though we are an orchestra of different sounds and feelings. Only then will others see our true beauty. With appreciation, Pat

Good thoughts, but a quartet to personify all that music? Maybe. Me? I'd gone with one single violin, or a gianormous symphonic marching band deluxe with fireworks and jet flyovers.
