A Little Angel

A Little Angel

A Story by Heli Rajamäki

I'm running. Ground is like there would have been spreaded tiny ice balls. Those look like little diamonds which sparks on the moonlight.

I'm in the forest.

The trees' twigs are covered with sharp ice crystals, trying to catch my long hair. I hold my arms as a shield in front of my face and chest. Twigs are scratching my skin.

I'm not having clothes.

I run because I have to. I start to turn in different diretions. I'm lost.

I stop.

I'm breathing lightly and that's all what I hear. It's so quiet.

Two sparkling diamond-looking things are in front of me. And there's more coming. Those are everywhere.

I see sharp teeth and notice that those aren't diamonds.

They start to come closer and closer.

Because of them I had to run but now I'm surrounded.

I jump to the sky.

Those teeth can't reach me.

A interesting short story. Always remember for every situation. The who, what, where, when and how of every situation. Make the reader part of the story. The story had possibilities.
