A Tear of An Angel

A Tear of An Angel

A Story by Heli Rajamäki

I'm watching out of the bus' window. I can actually rarely see trees and houses. Darkness is everywhere.

I switch light above me off to see better into the darkness.

The passing cars' spreaded lights can be seen. Light from bright rooms are painting the environment through windows of houses. I can see them only, and only them. Otherwise there is different shades of black and grey only.

I see someone is strangling me from behind because of reflection on the bus' window. But when I move around to see if there is anyone...bus is totally empty. I'm all alone here. There isn't even a driver.

I feel water in my eyes,

and my frozen, diamond-kind tears on my lap, chest and palms.

I'm lost.

I'm here where is nothing than me.

A very interesting tale. Left the reader with question and memory. The story had the feel of losing control and becoming lost. Thank you for sharing the excellent tale.
