Millenniums have passed since our meeting in time 

beyond space only the heavens know of our

love captured by a thousand angel sighs

from clouds of indigo gold and azure swirling

strands of life force floating,

knowing and waiting for us ~

 

Memories long forgotten tucked in opal starlight

prisms of light caught in zillions of stars falling

softly like snowflakes in exquisite beauty

etching the enchantment of the night

where a crystal moon the maker of these

precious memories stored in my heart

 

only to stir to life again with your caress

reborn anew from your soul touching mine ~

I know this poem came way before the movie, but this poem reminds me a bit of Cloud Atlas. On a poetic level, it reminds me a tad of Annabel Lee.
