Night drips inky black

‘round a crescent moon

Seductive shadows

Chasing silky clouds

Night blends into

Dawn’s new page

Stars sleep then

I awake to another

Autumn day

Remembering

Spring’s innocence

A hot summer’s love

Seductively descriptive way to describe Mother Earth's seasons. Ahhh...the memory of Summer and the promise (threat?) of cold Winter days and nights. We've already had snow and power outages here. Yuck! Thanks for sharing another beautiful poem!
