A DIFFERENT HUEA Poem by Helena
A Different Hue
The stars far away with diamonds cold gone the warm hearth of a heart to thaw our love story penned ne'er to unfold the blight of the moon chills to the core
Heart empty, emotions worn spirit broken with your uncaring ways with all hope gone a soul tattered and torn I know one day you will have to pay
The stars now seem to be a different hue distant remote as your love was to me the broken promises to remain true you played your game, I lost you see
You left me in an lamentable plight o' please tell me what gave you that right ~
