FIGHT OR FLIGHT

FIGHT OR FLIGHT

A Poem by Helena
"

Written for Tovli's 10 Word Picture Inspiration

"

Gone my facade when I see the black art blots...

this morning reality is caste before my eyes

into to the trap, sprung...

my naked thoughts laid bare

a crack in my psyche withers images

fight or flight emotions appear strong

but tissue thin as I open a pandora's box

I slip into the consciousness of now and caste away the then

that consume our sessions lately

"What do you see, you ask again"
