Where is my lady Marian?

Where is my lady Marian?

A Poem by Jared Nolis
"

pondering, seeking, wondering of the day when I'll meet my wife with a Robin Hood twist...

"

As days turn to weeks, weeks fade to years

My heart has been, long distant away crusades

Wars imprinted mark, thousand unseen tears

Tainting minds eye, no glory no return parades

But where O where is fair lady?

How long will hearts be apart?

Still wind blows past eyes shady

Across space time love do impart

When will wind change, change into warmer air

So sailing across giant sea, sea of man’s heart

Hearing voice within winds of change, so fair

Arrow flying straight, true over life’s rampart

To sit eclipsed from wondrous awe

Voice sweet as rains air abounds

thunderous roar crashes lighting afar

gentle rain falls upon head astounds

long longing lingers, upon heavy heart

whispers still remain, echoing across space and time
