The Finite

The Finite

A Poem by heido

She screams needlessly in my ear

     Bellows in broken tones

   I am torn

Scream not my love I cannot hear you

I want of none of this

A tiny bit of non-relief

A damaged painting of a home

Walk away, walk far, eyes forward

The ruler hits the corner of wood

A shudder fear, lessons learnt and unlearnt

Give not to the motions of it

Walk a finer path, a thin line

 Balance for needless reciprocity

On my knees, my back, body arched

      Like this love?

  Like this is love?

 Leave me not, please

Before I find the humilty to beg

Beg and stay, another act on my knees

  Smooth, hard, rough, indefinite

Count me the finite and tell me forever

Claim nothing, as I am nothing

   A collapsable being

...Loveless

The violent whirlwind of us trying to find love out of nothing. Sadness.
