Wow, this is actually pretty good. No disrespect, of course, you just look sort of young so I came in with the attitude of 'Eh, we'll see...'
Excellent title, really drew me right to this one as I'm browsing your work. I liked it a lot. The emotion's just right. Really sells 'crazy person' straight away.
Oh, and good for you for flat out praising Jesus in your profile. Always glad to see that.
wow, really great poem with an awesome title! i gotta be honest, when i read the title in my RR, i thought ":O she misses me?! :D" lmfao jkjk, but i had to laugh at that thought....but besides that, good job! you always make my day with ur poems (: even if the poems are as serious as this one is, they always seem to brighten my day in some way! the last part really got to me and was really good.
This was such an interesting concept, I must say...very unique. It was written nicely with a great, strong flow and a story that kept the reader hooked. Great job.
This poem has attitude and good emotion. I really enjoyed the way you worded the piece, it is a different spin on this concept and I really enjoy when it isnt the same old stuff. I saw on your profile that you also write songs. I do too. I am new at it, but music is very important to me and I hope to make something of it one day. Do you ever post any of your songs on here?
This poem has all of the breathy, tense anxiety and confusion which both parties inevitably experience in an obsessive-relationship situation. It swings from me-to-you, and from anger and defiance to a sort of delicacy, almost an appreciation of the other person, so there is a sort of empathy in this poem, alongside an earthy understanding of how unhealthy the obsessive person actually is. Unhealthy, even damaging, relationships are actually harder to escape from than normal, balanced relationships, and they often stay with us a lot longer as well. I particularly like "no order can restrain you", because apart from the obvious reference to a restraining order, this could also be read as a reference to the disorder / confusion of the person's psyche, someone who cannot be restrained by rationale. Very good write!
Well I believe if you maybe stopped answering the questions in this poem that it will sound better. Also think of something that has happened to you that you can relate to and then think about it for a while and write what has come to your mind and heart.
I'm Heidi. I normally write songs, but these are the things I write when I have nothing better to say in lyrics.
I am a Christian, but my work is, honestly, not overly religious. I am passionate a.. more..
