Looking for Something to Eat

 

 

In my mom’s car I was as hungry as a horse

So we decided to look for something to eat

Since we don't go out to eat a lot

This was a great treat

 

Because we were on the highway

It was hard to find a promisingly pleasing place

But after passing a lot more exits

I knew to my stomach I wouldn't be a disgrace

 

We saw and entered a desirable diner

That made food that was yum, yum, yum

But since my sister was a crazy wiener

I didn't even get to eat a crumb

 

In the car ride back home

I was in great sorrow

But after my mom saw the tears rolling down my face she said,

"Don't worry we'll come back tomorrow”
