Too tired to sleep

Too tired to sleep

A Story by MisguidedGhost

Tired eyes, weak body, drained of energy I'm ripped apart by the constant need to stay awake.  I feel as if I haven't rested in days and the pain of keeping my eyes open seemed harder than walking from place to place. Every molecule in my head shut down. I couldnt process anything but sleep, sleep, sleep. What my muscles need the most.  The human body is such a weird thing.  How we can lift cars on pure adrenaline or run miles without stopping for air or fly to the outer limits of space and back.  But when it comes to a simple thing like sleep and staying awake, our energy levels shut down.  All humans weakness in a way. What if I told you I could stay up for weeks without any sleep. That'd be impossible they say. I guess I could give it a shot.
