THROUGH OUT THE AGES

THROUGH OUT THE AGES

A Poem by Heather Burns
"

cinquain series form time goes by so quickly

"
 The
 ages blow
 away past winds
 dreams die like falling
 stars.
 I
 am ever
 catching your name
 in the winds of
 time.
 Your
 name refreshes
 my heart beat
 longing to have you
 near.
 You
 are like
 a misty day
 resting softly in my
 arms.
 Your
 lovely aura
 black raven hair
 lies gently upon my
 chest.
 The
 winds weep
 whispering your name
 lingers now  throughout the
 ages.

I hear a sigh in these words - a beautiful series. The alliteration in the last cinquain works very well.
