It's all because of you, 

that my heart's broken,

that my soul's shattered

into pieces I never bothered for a fix,

and deep down, I know,

feelings were never mutual,

sparks flew as in us, they duel,

igniting a flame, without fail, without fuel,

your cold shoulder next, a sick irony,

yet, deeper down,

it pains me, more than never,

of deserting this love for you,

I couldn't...

your cold shoulder next, a sick irony," - my favorite part. I like your choice of words and they still connect with the same overall mood even though something like that is a rather powerful line package! Great job!
