life's thoughts for a fearless world

I stumbled

Looking for someone to hold on

Searching for strength

But found none…

 

The dungeon took away my sight

And light was so distant

Like a far-off cry

I was so ruthless, weak, letting go.

 

The desert was crying

Sympathizing

And for a sudden bit of a second

The chains were slowly releasing…

 

I was fooled

Totally deceived by the unknown

Not knowing that those metallic handcuffs

Were slowly killing me…

 

And all I could do is to desperately wait

Until the wind of hope touches my skin

By that time I could totally breathe…

And escape from the agony of fear.
