WindowsA Poem by Daisie Vergara (Dhaye)Inspired by Johari's Windows
You know and others know
Everyone enjoys your story You see your eyes even your glow All know your sadness and glory You know but others do not Questions arise in their minds They cannot find your hidden spot Expect nothing from the blinds You do not know but others know Your eyes now cannot see They got everything you show In this world you are not free You do not know and others do not This is a world of the masks Look and hear, connect the dots We live to do our tasks Which window would I want To stay and look for a while No eyes and lips that taunt But at least a genuine smile. © 2020 Daisie Vergara (Dhaye)Author's Note
