Merry-Go-RoundA Poem by DhayeIt doesn't end. Why?
There are times I want to cry
I ask millions of hows and whys I use to laugh and always smile It is so real, not just a style It seems today is just the same I am still dumb, I am still lame I easily trust, I fall that quick Then afterwards I feel so sick I believe I see the soul of man A heart should not be made for fun And so they say I'm always wrong When I decide to hear their song Like carrousel, it only goes Unending flow, it will not close For I can't change this heart so pure Those wicked ways I cannot cure And so this merry-go-round goes on My life, my battle I have to won This heart should learn to become cold Learn not all hearts are made of gold. © 2019 DhayeAuthor's Note
