Poem 5. LEARNING TO LOVE THE RAIN

Poem 5. LEARNING TO LOVE THE RAIN

A Chapter by Dhaye
"

Trying to see the color of each raindrop...

"
You're like a book to me
That once I open your pages
I would shout for joy
And won't cry in pain

For I have at hand
The gift from each page-

Realization
Waking up
Moving on
Knowledge
Strength
Dream
Faith
Hope
Life...

I have to see the beauty
Of each raindrop
Touching my skin.

I'm learning to love the rain...

Your poem reminds me of this
song " Blessing " by Laura Story.

What if Your blessing comes
Through raindrops
What if Your healing comes
Through tears

What if a thousand sleepless nights
Are what It takes to know Your near

What if the trials of these life
The rain, the storms, the hardest nights
Are Your mercies in disguise ...

Thank you for dropping by.
A rousing and uplifting poem, each raindrop tells a beautiful story and without water life would not exist! ( as we know it anyway )/

Simple yet beautiful, an inspiring poetic muse !!
