1. Drink two glasses of warm or tap water in the morning before breakfast. You can easily get full without eating too much solid, so it's economical.
2. Have a 30-minute exercise in the morning. If you're going to work and you don't have time at home, go to work by just walking. Don't forget to bring towel and extra clothes, plus an alibi to your boss if you come late.
3. Have your dinner before 6pm. If you haven't cook your meal yet after 6pm, just drink a glass of milk. If you want to be thrifty, just drink a glass of water then go to bed right away.
4. Don't buy delicious foods. In this way, you can avoid eating too much.
5. Lock your plates in your cabinet. You can't eat if there's no dish to use.
6. Lock your wallet, too. In this way, you can't buy more food.
7.If you bought something delicious like pork or beef, just inhale the scent of the food while eating rice. Meat can easily contribute fats so avoid eating it.
8. If you have some doubts, ask somebody if these tips are true.
9. If these tips seem funny, you can laugh or smile because laughter is the best medicine. (What's the connection of this in reducing weight? )
JOKE only. Have some fun. The first three can be useful though. LOL.

That made me laugh, I'm always dieting, this what it's like when the rest of my family is eating. I'll just have the rice (well even that's too many carbs for me) but I feel this way often. Had me smiling.

But in Mathematics I learned to round-off decimals into whole numbers...so 100%. LOL. Strictly follow 1-4 and you'll lose weight. Those are what I really did...and I lost 6 kilos since April. LOL.
Believe it or not, I actually tried step 6 and 7 when I was dieting once. But I took it out of my program when I woke up one morning in my neighbours chicken coupe. I was laying on my back with a mouth full of bloodied feathers... After that, I just decided that I had better return to my regular shopping regime - complete with meat as a grocery item.
