A Chapter by Dhaye

We are all human. We cry. We  laugh.  We feel bored when we are doing nothing. We get angry when someone  hurts us. We feel inspired when we are in love. We feel depressed when we fail. We celebrate when we succeed. All these   - the emotions we feel in different  situations " are only natural  feelings of an individual.

I am just human. Being a human, I  feel different emotions at different circumstances. As a human with the passion to write, I try to put in writing all of my sentiments. But sometimes, my compositions are those that I feel as I sympathize to others’ conditions. I put myself in their shoes and feel the joy and or the sadness in their hearts.

For me, writing is not only a profession. I am not a professional writer but I believe that anybody can be a writer - someone who enjoys writing, or somebody who can write anything, which motivates reader’s engagement emotionally and intellectually. I am the one. My deepest thoughts and emotions are expressed through the art and use of words as I relate myself to others and to my surroundings.

Accordingly, writing offers freedom " my endeavor to picture , to design, and to renovate an author’s concept to my own. Different techniques were used as I strive to become creative on my natural way " blank verse, conflict, irony, free verse, paradox, parallelism and figures of speech.

May every page of this volume  build your thoughts, satisfy your interest, stimulate your mind's eye, provide information about life and teach you the spirit of  being a human.
