Poem 24. It Is In My Heart

Poem 24. It Is In My Heart

A Chapter by Dhaye
"

Ironies From My Heart

"

Where I can spread my wings in the narrowness of  the sky

Which brings me the courage to live and then to die;

Where I can see the colors in the darkness of the night

Which makes me persistent to wait for the daylight;

Where I can feel the smoothness in the roughness of the roads

Which reminds me to be patient to carry all my loads;

Where I can hear the melody in the chaos of each day

Which teaches me not to hate but to love and to stay.

It is in my heart where sadness inspire me

To stand while my shadow’s my only company.
