Cookie CutterA Poem by HollywoodA Philosophical poem, here's to you Plato. The cookie dough is bare, clean & vulnrable. You press in the gingerbreadman form. you might sprinkle them or maybe add icing. We've slowly become particulars. Some fluffy, others stretched thin. Some tanned, others white. Some decorated more nicely or sweeter. The last in the tray however are undesired for society's pallet But all made from dough, the same dough. Cut from the same form. Yet turned into particulars, into themselves. © 2010 HollywoodAuthor's Note
