End of the end

Run and scream!

For the worth you have become to him,

Bear witness to the end of the end.

Repent only when we see the storm approaching.

 

Only when,

Steel giants fall,

Fire consumes us all,

Blood rains over the world.

 

Only then,

Will we see why we deserve this!

It’s slightly disturbing isn’t it?

Petty disputes and conflicts could cause all this.

 

We will be at rest when,

We have exhausted our resources,

Giants lie in ruin.

In their places only ashes,

All when bickering ceases.

 

Only when we grow tired of this.

I'm sure. It would take me years to get at least half as good at poetry as you are. :)
Plus, I write novels so....yeah.
I'd like to try my hand at poetry. I don't know if i'm any good and they'd all turn out to be pretty emo-sounding cuz my life has been a nightmare so far. But art like writing and drawing and making music is my escape :)

No matter what anyone tells you, you can’t really be bad at free verse… of course unless there is too much structure. All you have to do is be as honest with yourself as possible put your words in some rhythmic order and BAM you got free verse
