Got Fair

Got Fair

A Chapter by J. Viands

I’m suffocating yet again

The crowd is fading

Suddenly the room is empty

I’m dying and you’re ignoring me

So much for your self-pity

If you grabbed my hand you would have saved me and I you

But now you’re drowning in your ignorance

Looking at the same blood I was in that bathroom sink

Look in the mirror and you see me

Something strange is happening

Because I’m six feet under and your shoes are in place of my feet

Things got fair didn’t they

You know what it’s like to be me and I you

Yet you wish you had that excruciating pain back don’t you

Did you forget its easer to be dead than dying?

Well now you remember don’t you?

So yeah we’re all good
