Why don't you love me
Not too much
But very much

Why don't you hate me
Not too much
but not at all

Why don't you say amen
To my incessant prayer
That includes you

Why don't you get angered
By me for things I say
But not too much

Why don't you let me know you
Via your mildness
And your wildness

Why don't you feel my proposal
That of hayzed hayzed apropos
About filling a hole

Why don't you let me fill it
The hole in your heart
With my glittering imperfection
