whilst it rainsA Poem by hayzedRain here and there
The uncountable hands of Jah
Touch the earth from far heaven Sentencing practically every souls To shiver in their individual haven Forcing the birds of the sky back to nest Ants retreat to their anthill Wipers of vehicles that dare it Wander right and left in tango To the tune of bewilderment Riders enjoy the treat of wet pants Pollinated flowers croon hallelujah Big trees rejoice with their head-tie And when it moderately halts Father exchanges pleasantries With his farmer folks It is yet another season of rain © 2013 hayzed |
