We’re meant to leave
We’re meant to run
and dive
to build
and destroy.
We were made to love
and also to hate
to be afraid
to trust
and be paranoid.
We break hearts
and we make love.
We're meant to change
and we're meant to be
afraid of this concept.

Heartbreak is inevitable.
We are
stupid
greedy
destructive
ignorant
beautiful
innovative
everlasting
we are only human.
And oh,
how I hate being human.

We're meant to rock out
to space out
create unrest
meditate
dictate
fly
run
walk
crawl
sit
lie down
close our eyes
fall asleep
and be born.

Heartbreak
is my evidence
of the heart inside of me.
