Without you I'm lost
I'm not aware of anything anymore
When you left me
You took every part of me
Without you I dont know what to do
You were my everything
You helped through everything
You helped me day by day
Than you just get and walk out
You left me lost
With no one
Now im lifeless

A bit cliche don't you think? I don't want to sound harsh, but if you added a metaphor or a literary device of any type, it would really make this poem more interesting to read. The emotion is strong, but you've got to make readers believe you. Right now, It feels like you're lying to me. Show me that you really feel this way. Good start, :)
