Why (Her Dove)

Why does a woman love the man that doesn't need her?

Why is she always there for the one who will leave her?

Why does the woman fall for the man who goes far as he dares?

Why does she ignore the one who really cares?

Why does a woman stay with the man who cares not if she's alive or dead?

Why does she she stay for a rare pat on the head?

Why does she think "I don't deserve love"?

Why won't she decide who might be her worthy dove?

Good question. One I was asking for a long time. Turns out the answer was in fact a question. Now I have the answer and I am glad of her choices because they led me to where I am now and to the person who does let me love her and loves me back completely. NH
