Hawk

The hawk soars

    above

        all,

           free,

              independent,

                      proud,

                           alone,

                                LONE-LY.

Of course she’s happy. . .

           just always seems to be

                       wondering,

                              searching,

                                      missing

    wanting,

          NEEDING.

Yet

   What more can there be

than freedom, independence, pride, oneness of spirit?

For what else

            does she ache

                            so?!

Touch.

      Sharing of her oneness.

                          InTERdependence.

           Surrender to . . .

                          SOMETHING/ONE.

Nevermind.

Don’t really want to be trapped.

                  It’s only

                       a dream

                             from the night

      anyway. . .
