Green Grass

Green Grass

A Poem by Travis Lawrence

World with green grass,

speak clearly

or crash coruscated into stars

while expecting the asteroid,

we’ll go with you

and our part will cease.

But if you only brush

against the first verse,

cautious, and let others make the demise,

and go without us into life.
