Where dreams collide

Where dreams collide

A Poem by harlem_knight

Where dreams collide

She said Meet me here,
In between heartfelt kisses
And hot chocolate with marshmallows

Where the horizon is never more than a glance away.

You told me you would meet me here where our dreams integrated with the Crimson sky

And our futures became similies like smiles on the faces of lovers

Or sons who end up like their fathers even when that might be everything but what they want to be.

You said meet you here so that we could explode into a universe of possibility

You were supposed to crash into me for all the galaxy to see.

And I the same.
Strangely, I'm still waiting here. You must've gotten lost.
