Caramel Dreams

Caramel Dreams

A Poem by Richard Dotson, Jr.

Caramel body like a Greek goddess.
Caramel kisses are by far the hottest.
Caramel smiles bright like the sun.
Caramel ice cream is Number one.
Caramel eyes are very enticing.
Caramel on cake is the best icing.
Caramel’s face is very innocent.
Caramel’s presence is perceived by her scent.
Caramel is blazing whether it’s hot or cold.
Caramel is found in stores, but this one is not sold.
Caramel tastes good and smells so sweet.
Caramel is very intriguing, someone you have to meet.
Caramel is hypnotic; she’ll get hooked n you.
Caramel is tempting, remember patience is a virtue.
Caramel’s bite is venomous, with no foreseeable cure.
Caramel causes pain that you never thought you would endure.
Caramel carefully scouts her prey like a jungle cat.
Caramel’s dormant by day, but very nocturnal like a vampire bat.
Caramel’s effect is paralytic, numbing worse than Novocain.
Caramel is a statuesque being, from her pretty eyes to her long, wind-blown mane.
Caramel’s appearance is breathtaking, from her almond eyes to her cute dimples.
Caramel is a hot commodity, and if you do know her, meeting her isn’t so simple.
