Silence

Go to the place where nothing could be seen, where nothing could be smell, nothing to be touch and should nothing to think....! stay away even from yourself.

Sit in dark corner of the room head down to your knee and feel the silence....! Only silence.
ignore all other things just keep focus on silence It will take you to the place where no one can go easily no one can achieve that moment but being in silence.
